Internships / Working Students (m/f) - Germany

We are looking for a Working Student in order to support our product management and the UX team in web analytics as well as implementation and further development of tracking concepts.

Our requirements

You are currently enrolled student in business informatics, digital marketing, data science, media informatics, or a related field
Initial experience with web analytics tools, ideally Matomo, Google Analytics, or comparable solutions
Interest in digital products and data-driven optimization
Ability to structured and independent way of working
Good verbal and written English skills
Ideally you will be able to work 10-20 hours per week
Solid understanding of field service organizations and their challenges
Nice to have: basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or tag management systems

We offer you

Analysing the usage and performance of our Fieldcode web application with a focus on various modules such as resource planning, customer portal, and workflow designer.
Using Matomo and other web analytics tools to collect and evaluate user behavior and interactions.
Creating reports and dashboards to visualize KPIs such as user activity, feature usage, and conversion rates.
Deriving optimization suggestions to improve user experience and functionality.
Supporting the implementation and further development of tracking concepts in close cooperation with our product management and the UX team.
