Key Account Manager (m/f/d) - Greece

We are looking for a Key Account Manager who is proactive, focused on exceptional customer experience, with a passion for sales, and has a solid understanding of field service processes.

Our requirements

  • Solid understanding of field service organizations and their challenges.
  • Professional experience in sales for IT solutions (particularly SaaS).
  • Ability to analyze customer requirements and present convincing solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Fluent in Greek or Hungarian and English.

  • Attending trade fairs both as an exhibitor and as a visitor to foster customer relationships and acquire new clients.
  • Working closely with technical departments to develop customized solution proposals.
  • Acting as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to internal teams on product improvements and market needs.
