We save your personal data solely when you provide us with them yourself e g. in connection with a contact inquiry, an online application or for the execution of a contract. You will be informed about the purpose of the collection of the required data in the respective input forms or contact forms.

Persons under 18 years should not transmit personal data to us without consent of their parents or legal guardians. When visiting our website our web servers only store data anonymously so that an assignment to a certain person is no longer possible.

In connection with your employment at Fieldcode, we process your personal data legally necessary for the purpose of the execution of your work.

Customer

In connection with your business with us, we process your personal data that are necessary execute orders and contracts. Protecting your data and using it solely the way the you expect us to as well as handling according to the law is our highest priority. With the help of the ISO27001 standard, we assure you that your data is securely stored, handled with the appropriate care and that our implemented measures are regularly reviewed.

Consent and Withdrawal

You can have your personal data deleted at any time. Data for billing purposes and accounting purposes are not affected by a termination/withdrawal or a deletion.

Personal data which have been communicated to us via our website are only saved until the purpose for which they have been entrusted to us has been fulfilled. As far as storage periods under commercial and tax law have to be complied with, the storage duration for some data may be up to 10 years.

On our website we offer you the usage of contact forms. The data entered are collected encrypted and are transferred to us. We use your data solely for the purpose of your inquiry.

Liability

All information contained on this website are reviewed with great diligence. We however cannot accept any liability for the correctness, completeness and actuality of our own websites all the time.

Application documents and personal data which are inquired by the contact form are transferred to Fieldcode solely by e-mail.

Your application documents and personal data are solely used by us for the applicant selection and staffing. A passing on third parties outside the company does not take place. After expiry of the legally prescribed storage periods your personal data is deleted automatically. This process is regularly examined by our data protection officer.

Data Security

In general, the Internet is considered as an unsafe medium. Compared to for example a telephone line, the transfer of data on the Internet can be more easily wiretapped, recorded or even changed by third parties.

We take precautions to protect your data and to prevent misuse from outside. Measures such as encryption (SSL encryption), firewalls, hacker defense programs and manual security precautions are applied. SSL encryption is active when the key symbol at the bottom of your browser is closed and when the address starts with “httpS://”. Data transfer is then protected via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) with 128-bit encryption, which prevents third parties from illegally reading your data. If encryption is not active, you should consider carefully whether you still want to send sensitive information over the Internet.
