Fieldcode is given an honorable mention in the 2022 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Field Service Management

As a testament to developing the highest-standard FSM software for climate positivity we are proud to announce that we have been given an honorable mention in the 2022 edition of Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Field Service Management.

The Gartner Magic Quadrant evaluates the global market for Field Service Management solutions on an annual basis. Software solutions are assessed on their ability to design a strategic yet innovative vision of their product, as well as on their aptitude to effectively deploy their software for customers.

Fieldcode: A Germany-based vendor focused on driving more sustainability among field service providers, especially where IoT-driven service is a goal.

Our software was recognized for its environmentally inspiring solutions as well as its features such as automated dispatching, optimized route planning, and no-touch ticket assignment, which enhance productivity by 30% compared with traditional processes. Continued enhancements for seamless integration with ERP/CRM or accounting software to connect with other Fieldcode tenants and copy workflow setup and configuration when transferring tickets. As well as a monthly timeline view to allow planning for long-lasting tickets within the automated dispatching function single view display feature.
