Solution Engineer with English and French - Poland

We are looking for an experienced Solution Engineer who will interface with our customers and identify their needs.

Our requirements

Great communication: English & French min B2/C1
Analytical, and broad problem-solving skills
High level of intellectual curiosity
Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
Basic API knowledge
Basic knowledge of any coding language
Ability to create and maintain process documentation
Ability to switch between different environments, adapt, and learn new skills and processes quickly

Ensure that customer expectations are fully understood, and the expected value is delivered
through our technical solution
Responsibility for end-to-end project implementation with the support of the Project Manager
Direct contact with the customers to provide required technical support during the whole project
life cycle
Ability to prioritize multiple enhancements, projects, and initiatives at the same time
Close collaboration with Product Department and Developer teams on bug fixes and new features
Maintain project and process documentation
Configure workflows, processes, and software customization
Support and enhance the already implemented solutions and processes
