How is Fieldcode cost estimated?

The calculator combines the estimated annual Fieldcode software cost with the estimated implementation cost to calculate your ROI. Annual software cost is based on the recommended plan and the estimated total number of users, including admin users such as dispatchers or managers.

For example, a team of 50 technicians would typically also include around 3 admin users based on a planning ratio of 1 admin user for every 15 technicians, bringing the estimated user total to 53 users. If the calculator recommends the Business plan, the annual software cost would be based on those 53 users. The calculator also includes an estimated implementation cost in the background, based on the total user count, the selected subscription type, and whether an API or external system connection is needed. These cost elements are then compared with the projected operational return to show the estimated ROI and payback period.
