As a PMO Specialist, you will actively support our solution engineering team in implementing and tracking the overall project status. You will be in contact with our new and existing customers across the globe and all FSM industries.
Preparing and supporting the team in the delivery of project presentations, status updates, and project summaries for clients and our internal teams
Coordinating project activities and team tasks in close collaboration with Team Leads and Software Engineers
Helping in estimating project timelines, expected workload, and implementation effort
Assisting in creating, organizing, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
Collaborating with sales teams and supporting pre-sales discussions with clients
Helping in improving our project management standards and templates
Proactively suggesting changes in project scope and identifying potential escalations
Ensuring open, transparent communication amongst project teams, the department, and the business
