We are looking for a proactive and focused Project Manager to join our Customer Success & Support Team.
Preparing and delivering project presentations, status updates, and project summaries
for clients and our internal teams.
Planning and coordinating team tasks in close collaboration with Team Leads and
Software Engineers.
Estimating project timelines, expected workload, and implementation effort.
Creating, organizing, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
Collaborating with sales teams and supporting pre-sales discussions with clients.
Actively working on designing and improving our project management standards
and templates.
Proactively managing changes in project scope and identifying potential escalations.
Ensuring open, transparent communication amongst project teams, the department, and the business.
