Solution Engineer with German (m/f/x)
We are looking for an experienced Solution Engineer who will interface with our customers and identify their needs.
Job tasks
Ensure that customer expectations are fully understood, and the expected value is delivered through our technical solution.
Be responsible for end-to-end project implementation in cooperation with the Project Manager.
Provide required technical support directly to the customers during the whole project life cycle.
Prioritize multiple enhancements, projects, and initiatives simultaneously.
Collaborate closely with the Product Department and Developer teams on bug fixes and new features.
Maintain project and process documentation.
Configure workflows, processes, and software customization.
Support and enhance the already implemented solutions and processes.
Requirements
- Ability to switch between different environments, adapt, and learn new skills and processes quickly.
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
- Analytical and broad problem-solving skills.
- High level of intellectual curiosity.
- Ability to create and maintain process documentation.
- Customer support experience.
- Great communication: English and German( B2/C1).
- A good understanding of data modeling ERDs and RESTful APIs, JSON payloads.
